Sea Shore Remembrance
While tending to my chaos garden
I pricked my plumage on old wounds
Disguised as robots.
They shriek and whine - chiming
The vertebrates of my spine
To an o-so-distant drumming.
My mind humming,
The song, back to you.
My garden path is lit
By the radiance of stars,
Pretending to be parked cars -
Ready to take you away,
To smooth roads atop rocky ground.
I tend, to sow
The benefits of my tomorrows.
Since yesterdays are easily obtained.
In my chaos garden
Jade flowers bloom
From butts of smoked cigarettes.
Here, everything has its place
And I re-trace
The outline, of infinity.
